The ongoing COVID-19 (coronavirus) crisis has made the lives of poor and the most vulnerable households in Kenya unbearable. Most of them in urban and rural areas who depend on self-employment and informal wage, and those who have lost their jobs are unable to get through the crisis.
The Global Mission Prayer Network, in this time of COVID-19 continues to reach out by helping the poor in Kenya. In conjunction with our partners, we donated foodstuffs to families in Ruai who were evicted from their homes in Ruai, Nairobi, and families in Kiambu who have been affected by COVID-19 pandemic.
